AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL POST-EMPLOYMENT BENEFIT DEFICIT FUNDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a pilot program to authorize a municipality to enact a post-employment benefit plan deficit funding bond program.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the cost for municipalities of providing post-employment benefits.
