AN ACT CONCERNING THE NOTIFICATION OF FAMILY LIFE EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO PARENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That 10-16e of the general statutes be amended to require local and regional boards of education to provide written notification at the beginning of every school year to parents that a family life education programs will be offered to the students of such parents during the school year.
Statement of Purpose:
To notify parents that a family life education program will be taught to the students of such parents during the school year.
