2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE ELIGIBILITY OF IN-STATE FILMMAKERS FOR THE FILM TAX CREDIT.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 12-217jj of the general statutes be amended to provide resident filmmakers the full thirty per cent credit against all eligible production expenses greater than two hundred fifty thousand dollars rather than one million dollars.
