23 | 23 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to create fifty-four regional school districts in accordance with the provisions of section 45a-2 of the general statutes, except that no existing regional school district shall be dissolved as a result of the newly created school district. Such newly created regional school districts shall commence operations for the school year commencing July 1, 2013. | |
