AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION AND ALTERNATIVE LANGUAGE LICENSE TESTS AND FORMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Consumer Protection and any contractor utilized by said department to provide license and permit testing materials and application forms in additional alternative languages.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Consumer Protection to provide license and permit testing materials and application forms in additional alternative languages.
