23 | 23 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to provide that, when a performance bond is required for a subdivision or site plan application, the applicant may post such bond before or after the subdivision or site plan is recorded on the land records of the municipality provided no work begins on the subdivision or site plan until after the applicant posts such bond. | |
