2121 AN ACT CONCERNING GROUP HOME REPORTS OF CERTAIN EVENTS TO LICENSING AGENCIES AND LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENTS.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to require a group home licensed by a state agency to (1) notify the licensing agency and the local police department of any incident involving violence, abuse, disturbance of the peace, escape by a resident or the inability to locate a resident for more than two hours, and (2) make a report of any such incident available for public inspection.
