AN ACT CONCERNING THE OPERATION OF GROUP HOMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) require a group home licensed by a state agency to operate in a safe and quiet manner, and (2) allow a state agency to revoke the license for a group home because of any incident of violence, public disorder or disturbance of the peace.
Statement of Purpose:
To require group homes to operate in a safe and quiet manner.
