AN ACT REPEALING THE MINIMUM EDUCATION BUDGET REQUIREMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal the minimum education budget requirement.
Statement of Purpose:
To enable towns to achieve savings and efficiencies in the board of education budget.
