AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY ON CONTINUED DRIVER EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION FOR POLICE OFFICERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Police Officer Standards and Training Council and the Department of Public Safety study the need for continued driver education, training and certification for police officers.
Statement of Purpose:
To study the need for continued driver education, training and certification for police officers.
