23 | 23 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That section 10-16b of the general statutes be amended to require all public high schools in the state to include a concise, thirty-minute curriculum that educates students about the basics of home mortgage lending, excessive speculation and the dangers of excessive debt. Such course shall be taught as part of an appropriate course by any faculty member in a relevant subject area, such as mathematics or home economics, and may be available online. | |
