AN ACT CONCERNING THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT AT THE CIDER MILL SCHOOL IN WILTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That, notwithstanding section 10-286 of the general statutes or any regulations adopted by the State Board of Education concerning state standard space specifications, the town of Wilton shall be exempt from the standard space specifications requirements in the calculation of school construction project grants for the Cider Mill School, Project No. 161-0048 RNV/E.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an exemption from the state standard space specifications requirements for the school building project at the Cider Mill School in the town of Wilton.
