AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF HOT CAFFEINATED BEVERAGES IN HIGH SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to permit local and regional boards of education to allow the sale of hot caffeinated beverages in public high schools.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the sale of hot coffee, tea and cocoa in high schools.
