2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 228g of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Revenue Services to accept electronic filing of sales tax receipts up to and on the same day that such receipts, if mailed, may be postmarked.
