AN ACT EXPEDITING THE SALE OF SURPLUS STATE PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4b-21 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Public Works to compile a comprehensive list of surplus state properties and to require that the Commissioner of Public Works sell all such properties not later than June 30, 2011.
Statement of Purpose:
To identify unused state property and to expedite the sale of such property.
