AN ACT CONCERNING RECREATIONAL IMMUNITY FOR MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 52-557f to 52-557i, inclusive, of the general statutes be amended to restore municipal immunity for recreational use.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore recreational immunity to towns.
