AN ACT CONCERNING STATE CONTRACTING WITH HOSPITALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368v of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Public Health, in consultation with other state agencies, to develop a uniform contract that shall be utilized for any contract between a state agency and a hospital.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a more efficient means of hospital contracting with state agencies by requiring the Commissioner of Public Health to develop a single contract form.
