AN ACT CREATING A CENTRAL OFFICE FOR ISSUING BUSINESS PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to create an office dedicated to issuing all state permits required for businesses to operate.
Statement of Purpose:
To streamline and simplify the permitting process for state businesses.
