2623 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

28-Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) The publisher of any residential telephone directory distributed to members of the general public in this state or in any portion thereof shall obtain the consent of such members prior to delivery of such directory.
