AN ACT CONCERNING LOWER ELECTRIC RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to develop policies, practices, and procedures to lower electric rates for residential electric customers.
Statement of Purpose:
To lower electric rates for residential electric customers.
