AN ACT INCREASING THE AVAILABILITY, USE, AND SUPPLY OF NATURAL GAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Utility Control, in consultation with the state's gas companies, to develop policies and procedures to increase the availability, use, and supply of natural gas.
Statement of Purpose:
To foster increased use, supply, and availability of natural gas in the state to ease reliance on oil.
