AN ACT EXTENDING WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTIONS TO CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4-61dd of the general statutes be amended to protect individuals reporting the use of fraudulent motor vehicle operator's licenses or Social Security cards from retaliation.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide protection for those reporting the use of fraudulent motor vehicle operator's licenses or Social Security cards.
