2121 AN ACT REQUIRING SUFFICIENT NUMBERS OF BALLOTS AT POLLING PLACES.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require that the Secretary of the State ensure that every municipality has at least one ballot per registered voter prior to all state elections and that the cost of such ballots be paid from the Citizens' Election Fund.
