2121 AN ACT REQUIRING THE REGULATION REVIEW COMMITTEE TO EVALUATE ALL CURRENT REGULATIONS.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 54 of the general statutes be amended to require the legislative regulation review committee to review all current agency regulations and recommend the repeal of ineffective, burdensome or unnecessary regulations.
