AN ACT CONCERNING CAMPAIGN-FREE ZONES AT POLLING PLACES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-236 of the general statutes be amended to extend the campaign-free zone areas surrounding polling places from seventy-five feet to one hundred feet.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the campaign-free zone at polling places to one hundred feet.
