AN ACT CONCERNING HOME-CARE SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 319y of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Social Services to develop and implement a plan to shift Department of Social Services' funding and resources toward the provision of home care services for the elderly.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Social Services to develop a budgetary and resource plan to encourage home care for the elderly.
