23 | 23 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to provide that the Commissioner of Public Health, in consultation with the Commissioner of Social Services, shall develop a comprehensive plan to increase the percentage of elderly persons requiring care to receive that care in a home setting, such that by the year 2015 not less than seventy-five per cent of elderly persons requiring care shall receive such care in a home setting. | |
