AN ACT CONCERNING TAXATION OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY THAT IS LOCATED IN ANOTHER MUNICIPALITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a municipality owning property located in another municipality to pay property taxes to the municipality in which such property is located based on the full assessed value of such property.
Statement of Purpose:
To require towns owning property in another town to pay tax on the property based on its full assessed value.
