AN ACT CONCERNING THE MACHINERY TAX EXEMPTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize a limited extension to a company in Danbury to file a claim for a machinery tax exemption.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an extension to file a claim for a machinery tax exemption to a company in Danbury.
