AN ACT RAISING THE THRESHOLD AMOUNTS FOR PREVAILING WAGE PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to raise the threshold amounts for prevailing wage projects to one million dollars for new construction and two hundred fifty thousand dollars for renovations.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide relief to municipalities by raising the threshold amounts for prevailing wage projects.
