AN ACT CONCERNING CHANGES ON MORTGAGE NOTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that when there is any change of interest in a mortgage note, notice of such change shall be filed with the town clerk.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide notice to town clerks of any liens, assignments or other changes of interest in a mortgage note.
