AN ACT PROHIBITING MUNICIPALITIES FROM ANNEXING PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN ANOTHER MUNICIPALITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit any municipality from annexing property located within another municipality.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit a municipality from annexing property located within another municipality.
