AN ACT REQUIRING THE TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE TO HOLD AN INFORMATIONAL HEARING ON ICE CREAM TRUCK SAFETY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Transportation Committee to hold an informational hearing on ice cream truck safety.
Statement of Purpose:
To study the safety issues involving ice cream trucks and their use on state roads.
