AN ACT CONCERNING DEDICATION OF I-91 IN ENFIELD IN MEMORY OF TFC. KENNETH R. HALL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to dedicate route I-91 in Enfield in memory of Tfc. Kenneth Hall, a state trooper for over twenty-two years, who was killed in the line of duty on September 2, 2010, while conducting a commercial motor vehicle traffic stop.
Statement of Purpose:
To dedicate route I-91 in Enfield in memory of Tfc. Kenneth Hall, a state trooper for over twenty-two years, who was killed in the line of duty on September 2, 2010, while conducting a commercial motor vehicle traffic stop.
