(NEW) (Effective October 1, 2011) (a) As used in this section: (1) "License" means a motor vehicle operator's license, commercial driver's license or learner's permit issued pursuant to chapter 246 of the general statutes, or an identity card issued pursuant to section 1-1h of the general statutes, and (2) "person" means any person who is less than twenty-six years of age and is required to register with the Selective Service System in accordance with the Military Selective Service Act, 50 USC App. 451 et seq., as from time to time amended. |
