AN ACT ALLOWING LICENSED DRIVERS UNDER AGE EIGHTEEN TO DRIVE WITH CERTAIN PASSENGERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That licensed drivers under the age of eighteen may, after six months of driving experience, have siblings as passengers if a parent or guardian is in the vehicle.
Statement of Purpose:
To adopt a practical policy to transport younger children without compromising safety.
