AN ACT CONCERNING TORT REFORMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
To provide for the study and implementation of tort reforms with the goal of lowering health care costs.
Statement of Purpose:
To study and implement tort reform.
