AN ACT CONCERNING DEATH PENALTY APPEALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 54 of the general statutes be amended to provide an expedited appeals process in death penalty cases including concurrent state and federal appeals.
Statement of Purpose:
To expedite the appeals process in death penalty cases.
