2121 AN ACT CONCERNING ESTABLISHED LOCAL NONPROFIT PROVIDERS AND STATE CONTRACTS.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 58 of the general statutes be amended to add a preference in the bidding process for not-for-profit providers who have a central office that is located in a community in the state and have served such community for at least five years for purposes of awarding a contract for any new or expanded program in such community.
