Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2011) A safety inspection sticker or registration plate shall not be issued for a motorcycle unless the manufacturer's imprint on the body of such motorcycle and on the tail pipe are the same, unless a difference in such imprints is attributable to the installation of aftermarket pipes that comply with decibel limits established by the state for such pipes.
