AN ACT DEFINING BIOSOLIDS AS CLASS I RENEWABLE ENERGY RESOURCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to define biosolids as Class I Renewable Energy Resources.
Statement of Purpose:
To save persons who are served by the Greater New Haven Water Pollution Control Authority over one million dollars.
