2323 AN ACT AUTHORIZING STATE BONDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CATWALK OVER THE RAIL LINE SEPARATING THE COLUMBUS CIRCLE AREA FROM MCAULIFFE PARK IN EAST HARTFORD.

2525 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2727 That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate two hundred thirty thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of Transportation for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to East Hartford for the construction of a catwalk over the railroad tracks separating the Columbus Circle area from McAuliffe Park.
