2525 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2727 That section 52-570d of the general statutes be amended to permit a party to record a telephonic communication efficiently and on an equal basis consistent with other jurisdictions' laws; and to effect additional exceptions and definitions pursuant to said section 52-570d.
