(NEW) (Effective October 1, 2011) No pension or retirement plan shall offset or reduce payment of pension or retirement benefits to an eligible beneficiary of such plan by amounts awarded to such eligible beneficiary, pursuant to section 31-308 of the general statutes, for a specific loss of member or use of the function of a member of the body. | |
