2424 AN ACT CONCERNING THE STOCKING OF BEER PRODUCTS ON RETAIL PREMISES.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall, not later than January 1, 2012, amend existing regulations of Connecticut state agencies adopted pursuant to section 30-6a of the general statutes to allow an alcoholic liquor product brand owner, manufacturer, out-of-state shipper, wholesaler or salesman to stock the shelves of their retail off-premises consumption place of business customers with such brand owner's, manufacturer's, out-of-state shipper's, wholesaler's or salesman's existing beer products two times per year and any time a new beer product is offered for sale at such place of business by such brand owner, manufacturer, out-of-state shipper, wholesaler or salesman.
