(NEW) (Effective from passage) (a) For purposes of this section, "military group life insurance policy" means any group life insurance policy offered to members of the Connecticut Army or Air National Guard for which the Secretary of the Army or the Secretary of the Air Force allows, pursuant to 37 USC 707, the payment of premiums to be allotted from the military pay of such members. | |
