AN ACT CONCERNING A TECHNICAL REVISION TO THE CAMPAIGN FINANCE LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Section 9-601 of the general statutes is amended by adding subdivision (29) as follows (Effective from passage):
(NEW) (29) "Commission" means the State Elections Enforcement Commission.

Statement of Purpose:
To make a technical revision to the campaign finance laws by defining "commission".
