(Effective from passage) Not later than January 1, 2012, the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to the judiciary shall complete a study of provisions of the general statutes that designate individuals sixteen and seventeen years of age as children in delinquency matters, and determine which revisions to the general statutes, if any, may be made to reduce the fiscal impact on municipalities related to such provisions. | |
