2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE PARTICIPATION OF HEATING OIL CUSTOMERS IN THE CLEAN ENERGY FUND.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to allow (1) the assessment of a charge on residential heating oil that shall be deposited into the Clean Energy Fund and (2) amounts from the Clean Energy Fund to be used to finance the replacement of inefficient burners and furnaces for residential heating oil customers.
