25 | 25 | That section 10-16n of the general statutes be amended to include transportation services as part of the Head Start grant program and that the sum of two hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to the Department of Education, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013, for the provision of transportation services for students to the Head Start program in Windham. | |
